Returns and Exchanges

GulfBakala operates under a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return any purchased item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition with all original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Contact.gulfbakala@gmail.com with relevant details, and we will guide you through the process. Note that shipping fees and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email notifying you of its status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. For orders paid via cash or credit card on delivery, only store credit is available.

If your return is declined, we will return the items to you along with an explanation for refusal.

Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved exchanges will prompt the dispatch of your selected items.

If we cannot accept your return or exchange, we will return the items to you with an explanation.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, check with your credit card provider first, as it may take up to 10-20 business days for the credit to appear. If issues persist, contact us at Contact.gulfbakala@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Items on clearance cannot be refunded; they are eligible for exchange only.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Contact us for inquiries about specific items. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, return the item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
